Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Nuvaraai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Nuvaraai Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Nuvaraai", "we", "us").

You must provide accurate, complete information when you create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Accounts are non-transferable. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@nuvaraai.in.

Credits are the in-platform currency used to generate images and videos. Credits are purchased in packs, are non-transferable between accounts, do not expire, and have no cash value. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By purchasing credits, you authorise Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use Nuvaraai to generate: • Content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or involves minors • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate against individuals or groups • Content that defames, harasses, or impersonates real individuals • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights • Deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive or defraud Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund. We reserve the right to review generated content for policy compliance.

Subject to these Terms, you own the images you generate using Nuvaraai and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, including advertising, social media, print, and merchandise. Nuvaraai retains ownership of its platform, proprietary AI models, Indian Cultural Intelligence pipeline, brand assets, and all underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.

You're solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content generated from them. Nuvaraai is a tool; the output depends on your input. You must make sure your use of generated images complies with applicable Indian and international law. Nuvaraai provides images on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties about the accuracy, cultural completeness, or fitness for any specific commercial purpose of generated images.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUVARAAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Once terminated, your access to the Service ends immediately. Credits in your account at the time of termination are forfeited unless the termination was caused by our error.

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we'll give at least 7 days' notice by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
